All items sell “AS IS, WHERE IS”, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup times. Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of BOLD Auctions & will be handled at our discretion. Please bring boxes/totes to pack items in, the proper equipment needed to remove your items, and plenty of help. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid.
