Residence has not been entered for almost 10 years. No utilities and the need for a very fast transfer makes this a challenging auction. We will be lotting large quantities of items together due to space and time. This is a hoarding situation, so anything can turn up. If you purchase large rooms or lots, bring help, boxes, and a lot of patience! This is a small area that is filled to the top! Items are stacked, piled, and need a good cleaning.

Please bring boxes, totes, etc. to pack items in and the proper equipment needed to remove and load your items. BOLD Auction staff will be on site during pick up, but you must bring help to load your items to facilitate a quick pick up.
